Knotty Oso gladly accepts returns and exchanges for non-branded items within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Branded or Personalized Items:

  • Items customized with initials, engraving, or other personalization cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping to ensure your return arrives safely.

Exchanges & Defects:

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@knottyoso.com.
  • We will gladly replace defective items at no additional cost.

Sizing Issues:

  • For exchanges due to incorrect sizing, the customer covers return shipping.
