Production & Transit

Made-to-Order Timelines There is no pre-assembled inventory. Every item requires 3–7 business days of physical bench work before dispatch. Production lead times must be calculated alongside shipping windows when planning for specific arrival dates.

Shipping Boundaries & Methods Distribution is restricted exclusively to the domestic United States. USPS handles all transit. Standard domestic shipping is complimentary. Tracking information generates automatically once the package leaves the Miami Beach studio.

Discreet Packaging Buyer privacy is absolute. All orders ship in plain, unbranded boxes. The return shipping label utilizes a personal name variant or simple studio initials. Explicit brand markings and product category identifiers are completely omitted.

Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Catalog Items Standard, unbranded catalog items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The leather must be entirely unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition without physical creases or sweat exposure.

Custom & Personalized Gear Items customized with steel-stamped initials, custom sizing, or bespoke modifications are final sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless a verifiable structural defect is present.

Return Logistics The buyer covers all return shipping postage costs, including exchanges resulting from incorrect initial sizing. Using a trackable shipping method is required to guarantee arrival back to the studio.

Defects & Hardware Failure If an item arrives damaged or exhibits a physical manufacturing failure, contact the studio immediately. Defective components are replaced or repaired at no cost.

Material Variations Heavyweight vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material. Minor variations in surface grain texture, dye saturation, or hide markings are physical realities of traditional bench craftsmanship. They are not manufacturing flaws.
