Shipping

Where We Ship From:
All Knotty Oso orders are crafted and shipped from Miami, Florida.

Where We Ship To:
We currently ship to domestic addresses only (United States).

Processing Time:
Most products are made-to-order and require 3–7 business days to be crafted before shipping. Each item is cut, stitched, and finished by hand to ensure quality and durability.

Shipping Method:
We ship via USPS and provide tracking numbers for every order so you can follow your item’s journey.

Cost:
Shipping is free on all orders.

Important Notes:

  • Since every piece is made-to-order, production time must be factored in—please plan accordingly if your order is for a special occasion.

  • Once shipped, delivery times depend on USPS; tracking will be provided via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy:
Knotty Oso gladly accepts returns and exchanges for non-branded items within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Branded or Personalized Items:

  • Items customized with initials, engraving, or other personalization cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping to ensure your return arrives safely.

Exchanges & Defects:

  • We will gladly replace defective items at no additional cost.

Sizing Issues:

  • For exchanges due to incorrect sizing, the customer covers return shipping.
